Those who know Pete know that he is very much a people’s person. Also a Hawthorn FC tragic, Pete has successfully managed people and business for almost 20 years now (and survived riding motorcycles for just as long!). Pete still cites the ‘one on one’ with all of Select Audio Visual’s clients as his primary role.
“The relationships that we build and the possibilities that the team present to our clients is immensely challenging and satisfying all at the same time! I love the anticipation of following up each and every event that we stage. Feedback is vital as we continually look for ways that we can better assist and “WOW” all of our clients! It’s all about the people!”
Pete also has no door to his office and his phone is always on, and that’s just the way he likes it!
A familiar and friendly face to many, Terry has been an integral part of Select Audio Visual since it’s inception way back in 1984. Today Terry can be seen frequenting many of Select AV’s regular venues, still displaying the very same eagerness and politeness that has enabled him to remain at the top for over twenty years in the industry.
Like Pete, Terry firmly believes that a friendly smile and superior customer service will remain as the core values to the culture at Select Audio Visual.
With over fifteen years experience at the top level, Wayne has seen many changes in the Audio Visual Industry in his time. Wayne insists the one thing that has not changed is the need to listen and deliver, first time every time, when dealing with his legion of satisfied clients.
A proud father of two and a crazy Manchester United fanatic, this guy knows audio visual inside out. Unlike many professionals of his generation, you will always find Wayne extending a helping hand. Wayne is always prepared to give you the time you deserve, no matter the size of your event.
At a lazy 6 foot 6 inches tall, Blair stands out amongst most in our industry. His lofty height is one thing, but this pales into insignificance when compared to this lad’s diligence and attention to detail.
Refreshingly polite and displaying all the manners that often seem astray today, you will not want any other than Blair in charge when the curtain goes up. A true professional through and through, Blair’s ability to juggle and work under pressure is second to none. We love the big guy and so will you!
It’s congratulation all round for our Chad Evans in the month of May. Not only has Chad become the very proud father of baby boy JJ, but Chad has also become the Audio Visual manager of the Rydges Southbank Hotel. Chad is now stationed full time at Rydges Southbank and has become an intergal part of streamlining audio visual operations for Select at this venue.
