Pete is the fearless leader and an all-around Mr Nice Guy. A Hawthorn FC tragic, lifelong musician, keen motorcyclist and photographer, he has successfully managed people & businesses for 20+ years.
Pete cites the 'one-on-one' contact with people as the core ingredient for success. He is extremely passionate and caring about his loyal clientele, the cracking team, and the industry's future. "It's people that make the world go around, don't believe otherwise."
Ashley
General Manager
Ash is a colossus with an appetite for excellence like no other. A true industry professional, Ash was recently elevated to General Manager status.
A natural leader and mentor to the crew, Ash inspires the team with his simplified, no-nonsense approach to event delivery. Old school values coupled with a new world approach are why Ash continues to set the standard.

From the moment Jenna arrived, she created an overwhelmingly positive approach and sense of calm. Immensely capable and impeccably organised, Jenna’s background and skill positions her perfectly to manage the storm that is AV Operations!

Office Manager
Dee has an exceptional eye for styling and design concepts for the business events industry. Her love of design and interiors is reflected in her keen eye for detail with a fresh, holistic approach to her craft.
With over 15+ years of experience, she prides herself on elevating bespoke designs to new heights with a unique perspective and a modern creative element to AV. Exuding boundless energy, a Jill-of-all-trades, Dee is across IT, graphic design, a social media butterfly, and loves to escape to her favourite Sunshine Coast hinterland hideaway during the downtime.

Sales Manager
Matt is simply one of the nicest guys you will meet.

Always considered and calm, clients willingly relent to his exceptional service and affable nature.
Super switched on; Matt is a lateral thinker who never fails to deliver for our event partners. Probably best summed up by saying, 'Matt gets it; he makes it happen, regardless of challenges.
